This isn't a normal application. In order to operate you want a Custom Launcher
If your launcher is not within the list contained in the app you'll have the ability to apply it manually.
Go within the launcher settings then apply the pack!
WARNING
Pixel launcher does NOT assist icon pack. You need to install a modded version
Google Now Launcher does NOT support icon packs
MIUI Launcher does NOT help icon packs
For Go Launcher Users: Currently Go Launcher doesn't assist icon masking, so go to:
Preferences Icons present icon base (disable it)
