For everybody already managing their lodge with protel Air: Use the app as an optional add-on to your protel lodge software program. The app hyperlinks the housekeeping workers, maintenance groups and entrance desk managers, permitting them to share reside information on housekeeping and maintenance issues.
Deliver higher customer support with improved communication between housekeeping, maintenance and entrance desk. All data is continually synchronized with protel Air. In areas with no Internet or Wi-Fi entry, the app switches to offline mode and then syncs automatically with protel Air once it is on-line again.
- Housekeeping listing: Check and alter the room status (clean, soiled, touched, cleaning in progress, checked).
