Simple Exercise Timer is an intuitive, correct, and reliable timer for understanding and staying match. Great for High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), Tabata, and many different types of athletic coaching. The app allows for up to four totally different train states: Preparation, Work, Rest, and Cooldown.

Runs In The Background
The timer will run in the background and can play audio or vibration alerts, even when the phone is locked! This enables you to use your system for different things whereas exercising or allows you to hold it stored safely in your pocket.

An intuitive person interface enables you to rise up and going instantly. No messing round in pages and pages of settings.
Aesthetic Progress Bars
A easy visible design allows you to decide your progress at a glance, both inside the present set and inside the entire train.
Audio and Vibration Alerts
Audio and Vibration alerts let you understand when to transition between preparing, working, resting, or cooldown so you do not have to watch your device. Alerts can be toggled on or off individually.
Pause/Resume
Pause and resume the timer at will.
Save/Load Configurations
Save and load any variety of workout configurations. The app comes with the standard Tabata configuration preloaded (8 units of alternating 20 seconds of labor and 10 seconds of rest). It also comes with a configuration for stretching.
Notification Icon and Buttons
Pause, resume, or cease the timer from the notification bar, no need to open the app!
Screen Lock
Optionally lock the screen so the device does not idle.
