After dedicating my whole life to weightlifting I’ve decided to cross all of the infomation and data to every one who desires to study the Art of lifting Heavy-Weights with one of the best technique and speed.

All weightlifting programs in this app have been personally created by me. Throughout my years of experience as a weightlifter, I really have experimented with many alternative coaching methods. After each competition I analysed my notes to find out which correlated with one of the best outcomes.

Through this I even have managed to develop coaching methods which both maximised my results, and kept me free from any serious injuries. My belief is that each weightlifter is looking to make fixed progress, keep away from serious accidents, and in the end maximise their results in competition.
