Thematic Quran

The Holy Quran is the word of God. The immortal word of God the Almighty. As every statement of this Qur'an is an eternal revelation, so is the order of its suras and verses chosen by Allah the Almighty, which has no room for re-establishment. It is one of the miracles of the Holy Qur'an that fourteen hundred years ago today, the Khatamun Nabiyyin Hazrat Muhammad (peace be upon him) left in the hands of the Ummah the order and sequence that still exists today. Not a single point has changed in any era.

The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) himself memorized the verses on which we are currently memorizing or reciting the Holy Qur'aan, listened to Gabriel year after year, and memorized the Companions. And all of them used to stand in prayer on that Tarteeb and finish the Qur'an before Allah Almighty. This Qur'an is an exact copy of the original which is preserved in Laohe Mahfuz. The jurists have said that the new format of the Qur'an is not valid as it includes the revelation of this sequence of the Holy Qur'an.

It is not at all intended to present a new format with the text of the verses of the Holy Qur'an or to present an alternative sequence of the present sequence. Our aim is to make it easy for the general reader to find the necessary information from the Holy Qur'an and to acquire knowledge. The verses have been presented under one heading with reference and meaning.
