Chromatin UI is a new Material Design icon pack inspired by the grain results from Google illustration.
This icon pack relies on Nucleo UI however with three huge difference : no lengthy shadow, a grain impact and bright and glossy colours.

This is not a standard application. In order to perform you need a Custom Launcher
If your launcher is not in the list contained in the app you presumably can apply it manually.
Go in the launcher settings then apply the pack!

Pixel launcher does NOT support icon pack. You need to put in a modded version
